Website for an energy startup, together with Vieira Branding
Rebrand and website for a startup turning farm biogas into BioLNG for truck fleets

About the project
Eneqor buys biogas from farmers and turns it into BioLNG, a biofuel for truck fleets. The company works in the German market and connects two sides that never used to cross paths: farms running out of EEG tariffs, and carriers who need cheaper, cleaner fuel.
The company's ambitions were big, and the brand didn't show it. On top of that, one model had to convince two audiences with opposite questions: farmers care about stable revenue, fleets care about cost per kilometer.
Together with Vieira Branding, we repackaged Eneqor: built the identity around the idea of a closed energy loop, and made a site with a separate path for each audience, calculators, and an honest comparison with alternatives.
Two problems that didn't know about each other
In Germany, farmers are running out of EEG tariffs: the bioreactor keeps working, but the guaranteed buyer disappears. Hundreds of kilometers away, a carrier is calculating how much diesel eats into every kilometer. Two problems with one answer, except the farmer and the carrier never met. Eneqor became the link between them, and the site had to explain this to both at once.
We put a fork in the road right on the first screen, before the scroll: "I want to sell biogas" and "I want to switch to BioLNG." The visitor identifies themselves with one click and doesn't read content meant for someone else. The same fork repeats at the bottom of the homepage, for those who scroll all the way down.
Pages for farmers and fleets built on AIDA with a similar structure
The pages for farmers and for fleets share the same structure: what we do, calculator, what's holding you back, four steps to the first deal, comparison with alternatives, form. Same logic, completely different content. For the client, that's savings: a framework designed once serves two funnels and will take on a third when it appears.

A number before the conversation, not after
Both pages feature a calculator. A farmer enters biogas output and manure share and sees annual revenue. A carrier enters the number of trucks and the diesel price and sees savings and tons of CO₂. It's the most complex element on the site and the most useful one: the person arrives at the form already with their own number, and the manager talks to a prepared prospect.

A table that answers the awkward question
Every European carrier today is choosing between diesel, HVO, electric, and hydrogen. We didn't dodge this: we built a table with ten parameters, from range and refueling time to the truck purchase premium and certification. BioLNG doesn't win across the board there, and that's exactly why people trust the table. Farmers get their own — Eneqor versus continuing with EEG, feeding into the grid, and direct marketing.

A brand that matches the company's scale
Together with Vieira Branding, we repackaged Eneqor and built a site that speaks equally well to a farmer and a logistics company. The farmer sees how much he can earn on biogas. The carrier sees how much he'll save per kilometer. Both reach the form already holding a number.

Identity built on the idea of a closed loop
The visual idea came from the business model itself: waste becomes fuel, fuel returns to the farm. Eneqor made the logo concepts; we built the identity from their moodboard and stretched it across the whole site: typography, grid, section rhythm, motion. The site is bilingual, English and German, since the market is German.

Result
The company brought on a new investor, and also gained a new key C-level hire — Head of Sales
