Who processes the data
Sole proprietor Dmytro Diuh. For any questions about data, write to hi@dimadiuh.com.
What data the site collects
- Inquiry form: name, phone or Telegram, and a description of your task if you left one.
- Newsletter subscription: email address.
- Along with the request, I store the page you sent it from and the address of the site you came from, if any. This shows which materials bring in clients.
The site does not ask for passport, payment, or other sensitive data.
Why
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss the project.
- To send new journal posts if you subscribed.
How data is transferred and stored
Data from the inquiry form is stored in a secure database on servers in the EU and arrives to the site owner as a Telegram notification. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
Inquiries are stored for 2 years, after which they're deleted automatically. The newsletter email is stored until you unsubscribe. You can request earlier deletion.
Newsletter emails are sent via Resend (servers in the EU), which only receives your email address.
To protect against spam, forms are checked by the Vercel BotID service, and the number of attempts from a single IP address is limited. The IP address is not stored in plain form.
Cookies and analytics
The site doesn't use advertising cookies and doesn't track you on other sites.
Traffic is measured by Vercel Web Analytics: no cookies and no personal data, just anonymized metrics like page address, country, and device type.
For the journal, the site keeps its own anonymized counters: how many times an article was opened, read to the end, and had a button clicked in it. These records contain neither your IP address nor any identifiers that could identify you.
Your rights
You can find out what data of yours is stored, correct it, request deletion, or withdraw consent for the newsletter. To do this, write to hi@dimadiuh.com or use the unsubscribe link in the email.
